Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the platform — this is a binding agreement between you and 1kkk.
General Terms
1.1 Nature of the Agreement
These terms form a legally binding agreement between 1kkk ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person registered on or using the platform ("User", "you", "your"). These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
1.2 Scope of Services
1kkk is an online betting and gaming platform that offers slots, live casino, cricket betting and various other gaming services. All services provided through our platform are governed by these terms.
1.3 Language and Interpretation
These terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the platform authority's interpretation shall be considered final. If any clause of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain fully in effect.
Account Registration
2.1 Eligibility to Register
To open an account on 1kkk, you must meet the following conditions:
- You must be 21 years of age or older.
- You must be a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

- You must not have been previously banned from the platform.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each user may create only one account. If evidence is found that a single person holds multiple accounts, all such accounts will be permanently closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited. You must notify our support team immediately of any unauthorized access.
Age Verification and Identity Confirmation
3.1 Age Verification Process
1kkk strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 21 from using the platform. At the time of registration, and at any time when required, we may ask for a government-issued ID or other documents to verify your age.
3.2 KYC Verification
To ensure platform security and prevent money laundering, we follow a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We may request identity verification in the following cases:
- Before the first withdrawal
- For large-value transactions
- When suspicious activity is detected
- When account information is being changed
3.3 Obligation to Provide Documents
If you fail to provide the required documents despite being asked, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend your account and may delay the withdrawal process until verification is complete.
Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
1kkk supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. These methods must be operated from accounts registered in the user's own name.
4.2 Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method. The maximum deposit limit is determined by the method and verification level.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
The key terms for withdrawals are as follows:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals will only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
- KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.
4.4 Third-Party Payments Prohibited
Depositing or withdrawing using another person's account or card is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in account closure and forfeiture of the related funds.
Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To receive this bonus, the following conditions must be met:
- A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to receive the bonus.
- Wagering requirement: 15 times the original bonus amount.
- The wagering must be completed within the specified time after the bonus is received.
- The welcome bonus can only be received once per account.
5.2 General Rules for Bonus Use
The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotional offers:
- Bonuses are usable only for gaming on the platform and cannot be withdrawn directly.
- Each bonus has its own validity period and conditions.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, we reserve the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any related winnings.

5.3 VIP Program
The 1kkk VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%
Consistent activity is required to move up. The decision to change a VIP tier is at the platform's discretion.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
1kkk is committed to ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. All our games are operated using SSL encryption and verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
6.2 Technical Errors
If the outcome of a game is affected by a software or server error or malfunction, all bets for that round will be considered void and the user's staked funds will be returned. Any winnings resulting from an error are not payable.
6.3 Betting Limits

6.4 Bet Cancellation Policy

- Colluding with other users to commit fraud

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Account Suspension and Closure

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure by User
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any eligible balance present at the time of closure (excluding bonuses) may be withdrawn before the account is closed.
Limitation of Liability

The 1kkk service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not give any specific warranty regarding uninterrupted service, freedom from errors, or suitability for any particular purpose.
9.2 Liability for Losses
